Restrictions on Return Shipments
Our delivery partners will accept returned Pagg Nation products only if they are sent back in their original packaging, along with all tags and accessories, in unused and unaltered condition.
Please ensure that no additional or unrelated items are included in the return package. Including any other items may violate Indian shipping regulations, which could result in the return being rejected by our delivery partners or by Pagg Nation.
Important Information
Order cut-off times are provided as general guidelines and may not account for delays caused due to payment authorization or verification.
We aim to dispatch all confirmed orders within 24 hours, except during sale periods or high-demand times, where dispatch may take up to 72 hours. Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.
Once an order has been scheduled for pickup or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or redirected.
For customer convenience, deliveries may not always require the purchaser’s signature. However, for security and insurance purposes, delivery confirmation may be obtained through a signature from any individual available at the delivery address. In such cases, responsibility for the order passes to the customer once delivery is completed.
Insurance & Delivery Responsibility
All Pagg Nation orders are insured while in transit until they are delivered to the designated delivery address.
Our insurance coverage applies only if the package is visibly damaged or opened before delivery. We strongly advise customers not to accept any shipment if the outer packaging is damaged, tampered with, or unsealed. Accepting such a package may result in the customer being liable for any loss or damage.
A delivery signature—whether provided by you or by any person authorized or available at the delivery address—will be treated as confirmation of successful delivery. At this point, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer.
This policy applies to all orders, including gift orders where the recipient or delivery address may differ from the purchaser.
Authorized Recipient
For your convenience and security, you may nominate an authorized recipient to accept delivery on your behalf, either verbally or in writing. In such cases, delivery will be made only to the nominated individual unless we receive alternate instructions from you.
Please note that we do not verify the identity of the person accepting the delivery. Any delivery made to a person at the specified address, or to an authorized recipient nominated by you, will be considered a successful delivery and full fulfilment of the order by Pagg Nation.
