POLICY
60-Day Return Window & Eligibility Conditions
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 60 days from the date of delivery, provided the product meets the eligibility conditions listed below:
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage
- All original tags must be intact and attached (tampered or removed tags will not be accepted)
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories, if any
If these conditions are not met, Pagg Nation reserves the right to decline the return or exchange request.
Sale & Special Offer Products
Products purchased during sale periods or under special offers are eligible for exchange only, subject to availability and of equal or higher value.
Refunds or store credits are not applicable for such purchases unless otherwise specified during the sale.

The easiest way to initiate a return or exchange is through our website:
- Visit the Return / Exchange section on our website
- Enter your Order ID and the email address or mobile number used while placing the order
- Submit your request and select a convenient pickup date
Carefully pack the product as originally received, attach the pre-paid return label, and hand it over to our logistics partner.

Important Notes:
- Only one product per tracking number is allowed for multiple returns or exchanges
- Customers are eligible for one-time size or style exchange within the 60-day window
- All eligible returns and exchanges are free of cost

REFUNDS
For all approved returns, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days. You may choose between:
- Refund to original payment method
- Store credit
- Exchange for another available product or size
Refunds are calculated based on the actual amount paid at checkout, post discounts.
Any promotional benefits, complimentary items, or free gifts included with the order are not eligible for refunds.
Discounts applied during checkout (for example, cart-level offers) will not be reinstated or refunded in case of returns or exchanges.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Order cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order.
After this period, cancellation may not be possible as the order may already be in processing or dispatched. In such cases, customers may initiate a return after delivery as per our policy.
Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7–10 working days, or converted into store credits or exchanges, as preferred.
NO TAGS, DAMAGED PRODUCT, OR PACKAGING ISSUES
If you receive a product that is damaged, missing tags, incorrectly delivered, or has packaging issues, please inform our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to report within this time frame may result in the product being considered accepted in its delivered condition.
For added safety, we recommend recording a short unboxing video and not accepting tampered or damaged packages at the time of delivery.
For products purchased during sale periods, damaged items will be eligible for exchange only. A refund will be processed only if a replacement is unavailable.
NON-RECEIPT & DELIVERY ISSUES
Any issues related to non-receipt or non-delivery of orders must be reported within 3 calendar days from the scheduled delivery date. Claims raised after this period may not be accepted and will be considered as successful delivery.
We do not offer open-box delivery for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Delivery personnel are not authorized to wait during unboxing or assist with inspection. Customers are advised to inspect products after delivery and follow the return or exchange process if required.
